I like her (a lot), my father doesn't.
I don't want to piss of my father any more than I have...

I had the same problem once, except it was my MOM that didn't like my girlfriend.

It sucked, and I wish I knew how to tell you to fix it, but I don't except to tell you to spend a lot of time at HER house. Out of sight is out of mind.

do what i did. tell them to give you a GOOD reason why they dont like her. If it is a sane reason talk it over with them. If they are just being pissy about her for dumb reasons, tell them to go fuck them selves.

My parents don't really like one of my ex's. I think it was because I explained in great detail how much she fucked me over, yet that I still loved her. I think my parents hated the idea that I might be a victim of 'first piece syndrome' and that I wanted to marry her no matter how much she walked all over me. Simply not true, but that was their perception.

She's still one of my best friends, but I really can't bring her over for Thanksgiving or Christmas because she wouldn't get a very warm reception. So, everybody just realizes that they hate each other, and instead of solving the problem, we just avoid the issue altogether. Very healthy

I don't totally approve of this (and I'm shocked noone said it yet), but go Manendez (spelling?) brothers on 'em... You can even use their awsome technique of wearing different color sweaters ever week to throw off the prosecutors
