woohoo! Not the expected choice of TV network to air it on however, but i'll take what i can get!is this the one in San Fran? Anyone from here gonna be on TV?????

Maybe I'm thinking of a different show, but I'm pretty sure I've seen BattleBots on PBS a couple times, some british guy hosted it...-Tony ------------------

EVERYTHING STARTS ON PBS!!! Even G-String Divias which is now on HBO... Did anyone see THAT by the way?? WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! When is it on though? I only saw the 1 hour sneek peek and can't figure out the regular time.But back to the subject... I was thinking of LordBrandon and his little robot pictures when I first saw the commercial...
I'm not sure how it will be, I'll have to wait till I see it till I know if I like it. But, you can't deney... BILL NYE! WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! ------------------

PBS showed Robot Wars. It was first here in the US and ended up there because the promotor got the rights to it and screwed the creator. BattlBots is much better(more violence and no house bots that are not built by the rules)

I watched it last night. I thought some fights were cool, but some were dumb, like the giant knife robot versus the axe/meat tenderizer robot. Neither did any damage. The first fight was cool, the spinning robot kicked the ass of the wooden block robot. (sorry, I don't remember names.

That last fight had the potential to be the best (a stand-up slugfest), but both drivers needed more practice...At one point the giant knife had the meat tenderizer pinned in a corner, and I was hoping it would chop off the hammer... but they just got reversed and ended up piddling around doing nothing after that.

Frenzy - Overkill. Overkill won(that was a snoozer but it sounded cool) ------------------

Yah, that robot building fam was CRAZY!!  The cool thing about the last fight is that the knife guy will be in a later match, and mabey it'll have a better chance at doing some damage!WAAHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOO! ------------------

Im getting a team together to make a bot,I've already got a radio control expert and im trying to get my next door neigbor whos rebuilding a wwII fighteroh and i was at that SF battle bots i was right next to the flying camera next to the big doors next to a fine ass chick.
