yea i play diablo2. or i used to anyways. ive got the game. but its been boring the hell out of me lately. i have a lvl, whatever level you want it to be necro. ive got a trainer for it. but you should hear the shit kids on battlenet say about people who use trainors, "oh, your char is hacked?! cool, hack mine!" im like, "fuck you dammit, its not hacked, thats as far from hacking as you could get without completely not using a cpu at all, dammit" oh well. pisses me off. but then i fucked up some of the stats on my necro an i havent played D2 in like a month. how often do you play?

hmm...im considering getting diablo 2, but im not sure if its worth it. its either that or deus ex (if you say that real fast it sounds like "do sex"..heh heh heh....gosh im pathetic =(). any good reasons to go one way or the other? also, what the hell is the point of using a trainer or whatever? its like "ooh look at me, i can cheat like a bitch!!!! Hey, check it out, im too fucking retarded to play the right way, and get my stats up playing fairly, so ill just cheat!" i dunno, maybe its just me, but cheating at games lost its appeal in about 3rd grade....

whoa whoa. dont start getting tough with me. i never said it wasnt cheating. but its not hacking. your not a hacker if you go and download some flaming program to edit your characters points and shit, not at all. if you say that, then basicly all i can say is your an idiot. and as for regular characters, yea i only have 1 edited character. i have 3 others that are totally legit and very successfull. all of them are in at least act 3. and not edited at all. so dont lump me in with the crowd who just edits chars and doesnt play legit, or with the people who think that using an editor is hacking.

diablo2 is the best sequel to an original, equal to quake2 from quake, and doom2 from doom. If you dont have this game, it is worth the purchase! Mulitplayer on battle.net is hell though. You get disconnected so quickly it's not even funny. Anyway my best character is a barbarian, 27. He's got this pike that does 145 dmg! .. anyway .. good game. 3 cheers to blizzard entertainment

Battle.not would be best described as "flaky" but now a days I don't experience any disconnects and no two minute pauses. The servers are hardly down either. Of course, you could just play the feared open (single) player.
I've got a level 50 Necro on USEast. I can get you guys considering the game ... nothing, I don't keep things I don't need  Btw it is "day-us". Latin translates the game title to "god without". Literally, that is. ------------------

Diablo 2 blows. I waited three fucking years for that? It's hardly better than the original, it looks damn near the same. oOooOo more towns! ooOoOO.. it's like a god damn expansion pack. I don't know about anyone else, but I think it's very aggravating hearing about a game in development for three+ years and then have it be a very small improvement over the first one.-Tony ------------------

first off, doom sucked, and so did doom 2, a better analogy would have been system shock to system shock 2, or any other good game. and yeah, im wondering if i just didnt notice in the short time i played, what exactly are the new innovations in diablo 2? it seemed to me that its just what would have come out if they had made it at a later date...

yeah, system shock and ss2 kicked unbelieveable ass.and diablo 2 was really fun for about a week or two, (i have a level 24 barbarian) but it gets old. i haven't played for three weeks. just when i go to LAN parties from now on probably.

It got boring quick.
The fast review: D1 with more characters, more maps and more weapons/spells.
Low resolution. Shitty netplay on Bnet if you want to develop a legit character. The char you develop on bnet can't be played at home.I'm gonna try out Deus Ex this w-end. Got a warez and I'll see if it's worth buying.

Deus Ex Machina, literally translated, means "God in the Machine." It was originally a literary term to decribe a story whose ending resolved itself without liking to the plot, i.e. a "god" solved all the problems at the end.On the subject of Diablo II, I like it. Sure the gameplay is the same to Diablo, but that doesn't make it suck. They went with what worked, slightly changed, and that makes it even better than the original.

Speaking of game play that sucks... what about the baldur's gate/icewind dale games... its like they need to get together w/ blizzard and try to figure out how to make people walk properly..
if anyone out there has played this multiplayer you know it sucks royaly because you spend half the game asking the other people what they want to do.. and the other half running into them while you're all trying to get out of a weapon shop.. (my opinion...)

well i never played baldurs gate multiplayer, but single player its a lot of fun, imo. i mean, its so much fun to go around stealing shit you dont need and then selling it to get cash....hmm...i feel like marla singer...

you can play your single player characters on open battlenet, just click on "other multiplayer"
