I need to know if this idea is gonna flop or if not, how do i get linkage? I'm not really trying to advertise here or anything because I know most of you are in my same predicament, I just want some suggestions.

basicly... you're trying to get people to give you money... so you can go to college... at 15... and these people don't have to know you... they just get the "psychic income" of knowing you're "using this money for education", but for all they know you're buying heroin and really bad porn of 2 old fat guys...

Sounds like a good idea to me.

You don't have the time to apply for scholarships, yet you have the time and money to create a domain?

If you leave the test page up for your domain, you are absolutely begging for it to become 0wn3d by any script kiddie that stumbles across your page.

the server's messed up right now, i'm working on it. i do have a site up there, and i figured if the guy at sendmeadollar.com could make 3k just asking for money, education might be an incentive. and yes i am applying for scholarships, but most of them cannot apply for next year. neh, i've always known it was stupid, but stupid ideas often work.

EDIT:fixed the server, and hey, if i get any money out of this its worth it

I actually did the same sort of thing by hanging flyers on the soda machines around the school. I collected about 30 cents. Now do a little math. ( 30 / 1000 people in my school ) = ( x / 1000000 about that many people see the site ). 1000x = 30000000 -> x = 跌.00

Oh, and this isn't taking credibility into account... I had NONE! So go ahead and multiply by ten... 񘧸.

So as long as you can get at least a millon people (preferably 10 million) you'll be rollin in the doe! I suggested you talk to the local morning news and see if you can get a spot where old retired folks will see it. Maybe spend 贄 and take out a newspaper add.

Decent Page. Bad concept.

We all have problems trying to pay our way through school, unless you have some parents that can afford to send you monthly expense checks. [mine couldn't ]

So...um...deal with it. Dont beg. If you must beg, at least go stand at your local street corner in some rags. Get the full experience.

Student loans. um...*GASP* work. You'll make it if you want to.
