hayao miyazaki is pimptastic like no otha. his movies are great and Mononoke Hime (Princess Mononoke) is a good, but not the best one. and the dubbing was actually not that bad for a change, it was a pleasant surprise. in any case, props to anime

One of my friends speaks japanese... it was interesting to hear how they translated it to subtitles. not everything was the same!

i saw in the theater. it was pretty cool. i was worried cause they usually do a really shit job with voice overs, but this one was pretty good.

/me resurects an old thread

I just got the soundtrack in the mail today (it was on a shipping hold for 2 months, so I forgot it was comming). It was really cool, cause I only saw this movie once in February and right when I looked at the cover of the CD I started to hum the songs! It's pretty amazing that the score is SO good that it's burned into my memory like that!

Anyway... awsome CD!
