I was working on a new song in my head (that's where I normally start) and I came up with a great Industrial-Techno-Acid-Abient type song called "My Bung-hole"! Anyway, some cool guitar riffs are in order and I wondered if you'd wanna help me out, fatbitch! I like your stuff, and it would be cool to make a cross-over song together!

Of course this is all pre production... I probably won't have anything for you to work with for about 3 weeks...

Anyway, my inspiration usually comes from going from start to finish, and I decided that I want you (fatbitch) in part of the intro. So bassically < I made a sample of what notes you should be playing >, but you've gotta put your own "personal sound" into it. There's also some comments with this MP3 just cause I was playing around... (you'll see)

After I get your part, I'm going to work on the thin body of the song (and maybe record the lyrics) then I want you to add the final touches of WHATEVER you want.

I don't know if that makes since... it's kind of long term thinking for now. Anyway, it's kind of a acid/punk/metal song, so most of it will be SCREAMING "MMMMMYYYYY BBBBBUUUUNNNNNGGGGG HHHHHHOOOOOLLLLLLEEEEE!!!!!!" and such!

I also made note of our team up in the nooz on < my new PN site >.

YEAH!

Oh, and just so you know, I'll probably be mixing most of the song in either Cool Edit or Frooty Loops.

anyway, catknight, if you think your bassline is up to scratch ( ) then upload it to the directory i posted above. grab examples.zip to hear a few rough cuts of my guitar. they are all very different, theres about 8 different styles in there i think

Cat-man... as it is I originally wanted my album to be written, directed, performed, recorded, edited, produced (and mabey even marketed and published) ALL by ME (except for the Moby Remix). It's really been a stretch of my pride to callaborate with fat-man, but he's a spectial case, cause I REALLY enjoy his work. It's not like I couldn't use the help, but he's got a bass too... and if I can keep the album down to barely 2 people rather than 3 it will make a difference IMO (oh, and I MIGHT still keep it synth... it just depends). So no offence, cause you have cool sungless and I bet you rip!

WOW! Either fat-man has the best sence of rythm in the world or a really cool metronome or something! I put aside some time to tempo sync his stuff... it was already PERFECT! Hehe... so I used to time to work on it, and it quickly became a 15 minute song (that ROCKS)! So I've broken it down a little, and I'm going to complete 10 mintues of it my way, and let that Fat Bitch magic shape the other 5 minutes which I'll only partially complete.

So anyway, I'll have that ready to go in another week... I gotta do a few more adjustment first... but as of now this looks like it's going to be my best song.

I just put it aside so I could finish another song (which I've now finished (it'll be up on the site in a few weeks) ). Now that I'm done with THAT I'm ready to get back to work on THIS song... once I get back from my one week vacation. So basically it's going to be at least 2 weeks before I've got things set up for fat-man, and at least a month before things are almost finished...
