Hah ... just finally saw this. 
Sadly, roommate situation resolved in whussy, politically correct "university policy" fashion. No fighting or evictions.
It was a simple agreement between the two of us.
I'll shut up, if he fucks off.

Ah .. you see ... the agreement was that I would only shut up if he fucked off.He hasn't fucked off yet. Therefore, me and my BA-1250s won't be shutting up any time soon.
