I just woke up, made a new newspost for the front page, and it won't update.

I tried many times last night, perhaps you noticed.

Maybe the IB patches has something to do with this?

I'll wait an hour instead of 15 minutes and try again.

The point is, I'm not wasted off my ass, it just don't go thru.

I love doing the front page. WG, if it works, you can sure do it too, just drop in a picture and BOOM it comes alive!

seriously, ed...can you cut down a bit on posting the huge fractal pics in the news forum? It's getting a little irritating.
If you still want to, can you cut the size (dimensions) down a bit? When you post images as big as some of those, you jack up the layout and cause side-scrolling which looks terrible. I'd say no bigger than, oh....350x350? As long as they aren't too big, they're manageable from both the layout and load time perspectives.

I BEG to differ. Mabey I am a bit bias cuz I got DSL....but I have been DIGGING the front page lattely.

you know what you could do? make images 350x350 or whatever and link them to real size images so if somebody wants to see the whole thing they can just click the image. that would be the best solution
