it'll be rather ironic when he passes CK, and that looks pretty inevitable at this rate. Who wants to bet on when he'll do it? I'd say sometime in late July or early August at this rate

The pseudo-girlfriend called to wish me a happy birthday, and to tell me that one of my best friends will probably be asking her out soon, and she'll say yes.

And my Palm died, too. The whole damn screen turned funny colors. Guess some fucknugget with a magnet in his pocket got too close to me in the hallway.Birthdays for me traditionally suck, but this one takes the cake.
The irony here is that the Palm was an early birthday present my mom got me a month ago.

if I were to get anything running palm os it'd be from sony or visor. Of course, I'm not all that hot on Palm OS personally, it's getting worse and worse.

I dunno, which would you choose? To be perfectly honest, Sony seems like the only Mfgr for Palm based devices that has their ear to the ground. These things are going to take the place of laptops for a lot of people.
Palm stopped innovating and while WinCE (look at how much better CE has gotten from 2.11 to 3.0.. the latest palm os is a step down in some ways :\) has some problems, it's not like Palm OS is perfect. It depends on what you want to do, and how long you plan on using the thing. The biggest downside to the PPC devices is that they use so much volatile memory in them.

The week's getting better. School's almost out, and a friend of mine in New Mexico and I are planning a week-long roadtrip right after he graduates in two weeks. We'll hit Mexico and south Texas, then back up to Oklahoma. We're going to drop by and visit a friend in San Antonio,a 17-year-old girl who's engaged to some Air Force guy. He's apprehensive about having two guys staying with her. The twist? Both I and my friend have gone out with her.It's like "Three's Company"...

turning 17 sucks. and its not just me or you.a few of my friends recently turned 17 years old and their b-days sucked ass.
so did mine. all my relatives were late, i didnt get any presents (they were all x-mas/b-day combo gifts---FUCK YOU), and they ate all my wonderful cake.
i think 2 of them said "happy birthday, Austin". the rest didnt even know i was there.
i hate the holidays.
