OK, so when I boot up this am, I get some girl who writes me on ICQ. I've gotten that pr0n stuff before, but this time I decide to toy with her and string her along and see how long it takes her to make her pitch.She never made one.
She said she got my # from general chat on ICQ, which is interesting since I've never been there.
Yah. And she talks dirty and wants me to send her naughty pix... and she asks very personal questions and you know, that sort of thing...
She's Aina, from Norway, and she's 15.

Yes, I understand that she could be a big fat He from Cleveland or the FBI or something, although she solicited me and talked dirty; I suggested she get a b/f, and she asked to see my weiner...
So I know this would be illegal inside the US, but is it illegal outside of the US? I *did* beg off and she still sent a message asking for pr0n, I sent her a link to theHun.net...
So yes I know not to talk to her, but what is the legal situation here?
It's not occurred to me before, so I have almost no clue...

As far as I know there is no law in britain that says you are not allowed to instant message people asking for pix of anything. Your best bet is probably to set ICQ to ignore her if you don't want her bothering you.However I could look into it for you and find out the actual law in britain, if she is elsewhere in the world I wouldn't know the law on it.

Check her details, see when she turns sixteen and then buy her a ticket to see you when she hits it.Then post the pictures here.
I'd say, if you want to carry on with her, keep a log of your chats. If she's soliciting you, and you think she's for real, then always remind her of her age. It'll keep it you a bit safer from trouble.

It aint worth it. Even if she is hot and really not a middle aged guy messing with you, she's still a million miles away and most likely living with her parents or her pimp. I think you would be better off spending your time looking for a real girl much closer to you. I mean, it's a lot better having a chick that you can actually touch once in a while.

WP, 16 wouldn't cut it in the USA at all... felony stuff!I'm not interested in flying her out here, or carrying on with her online.

It's legal in the same way that it is legal to drink gasoline ...at first you feel all warm and fuzzy inside and then when you wake up from the coma you realize that it was just a plain stupid idea to begin with. Just end it now before you create some delusional feelings of attraction for somebody you will never meet and is really nothing like the entity that you have created in your own mind.

By law, you are not allowed to travel off to another country for purposes of engaging in sex acts with a minor _for money_ now, it's all about local country's laws if it's for free.

LOL tricking 15 year old gurls into sending you some dodgy pics of themselves is one of my greatest achievments. pr0n is more interesting when you have to work for it. it's almost like fishing you never know if you'll get a bite and even when you do you have to tread the tightrope to get the goods
