Sup,

Just signed up, post #1. I've been perusing this forum for the past hour or so and you guys n girls have a really cool group here.

'lil about myself...

Male. 20. Junior at Willamette U in OR.
Leaving the states friday to study for a semester in Japan. Stumbled across these forums because I'm plannign on using detonate.net for web based email while I'm there.

koeda, you live in Eureka which is like 7 mile from HSU yet you go to college in OR?

I live about 2.5 hours from eureka. It is like 104 degrees here all the time but in arcata/eureka it is a perfect 60* all the time, god i wish i lived on the coast.

Non,

HSU is too close to home, I needed to get OUT. Seven hours away is good, not too far, not too close. Also willamette gave me one helluva scholarship.

Where do you live? Inland I take it from the temp, lets see.... 2.5 hours... near redding? garbreville?

Salem weather isn't that different than eureka during the school year-always rainy. All kids from So. California, the S.W. states, and HI complain about the rain... I tell them it is just like home .

Our "perfect 60*" is cuz it is always foggy, people here dream of your sunny weather believe it or not. Grass is greener syndrome I guess.
