If the government has no knowledge of aliens, then why does Title 14, Section 1211 of the Code of Federal Regulations, implemented on July 16, 1969, make it illegal for U.S. citizens to have any contact with
extraterrestrials or their vehicles?

i think that the word "extraterrestrials" means people from areas that are not part of the U.S. like Aliens refers to nationals from other Countries.

terrestial means earth, extraterrestial means "outside of earth", so that means something not from the planet earth. aliens.

analyze a pile of ash and try to match your DNA?

Technicalities, technicalities!!! There was no law per say against contact, merely against violation of quarantine after contact. Since the law is no longer in the Federal Register, the point is academic.However, the fact remains that Section 1211 of Title 14, until 1991 did apply to contact with extraterrestrials or their vehicles or those who came in contact with extraterrestrials or their vehicles, and there is a relatively firm definition of each term used in said law. If it was truely removed from federal law you would still be able to look it up. the law still applies to cases that are on apeal from pre 91.

There was a law there at one time but it got outdated and removed. The empty spot was the perfect place to write your own law and title it what ever you wanted... Im sure a little more research in a law libary will get you the answers you seek
