hrm... wow. a whole two weeks.i realized something while in my hiatus from detnet..... the internet is one boring fucking place.
porn and stupid flash games got old.... and the only other forum i visit is now riddled with newbies and 12 year old kids who posts topics about the same pile of crap day after day after day.. and of course the admins are nazis who dont know when to intervine and when to not. so i turned off the computer and read a book.
then i thought: this doesnt happen in detnet.
sure, there are lam0rs, but those are usually swatted down quickly, as to cause no trouble. and everyone is usually nice, except when theyre having a bad day and feel they need to let it out. but thats understandable.
and even when things do get slow around here, i should stick it out. because its like a bad movie. if you payed $7.50 to see it --and it blows-- your gonna stay the whole fucking time anyways.
so... whats up?

detnet upgraded to SDSL this morning,
Richard's new super site for detnet was lost when his HD crashed, and
editor fiddled around with the group titles and screwed them up a tad (which isn't the biggest deal, we're all still here)
There's a problem with the PM, use email instead, or post, and there's a bitchin' map of members (see topic)
Am I forgetting anything?
