Okay, before you do this, you have to know how to switch their positions. Click on one of the side people to bring them to the front, you can figure out the rest.

Arrange them in this order:

Tony Blair - William Hague (front) - Ann Widdecombe

Okay, then the settings are:

Blair - 6,5
Hague - 4,3
Widdecombe - 6,4
Parliament
Upper Spotlights
S Club 7

edit - Changed music from Modjo to S Club 7
