Topic: The coolest thing...

I've got it all over most other law students-I already have so many contacts- you know what they say its not what you know but who you know....yippy. I guess I should tell the story.
About three weeks ago my mom was at work (she works for British Airways at JFK in NY)_and she met this young girl who was going to Spain as an unaccompanied minor but her parents were seeing her off. Anyway the parents were waiting with my mom for the plane to take off and my mom started up this conversation with them. Turns out that the mom of this girl is an Administrative Law Judge for the NYS department of Public Service. She gave my mom her card and told me to contact her. So I wrote her a letter like a week or so ago and she wrote me an email and ask me to meet with her to "discuss" my "plans"- we are gonna meet in June.
Im so excited because this is a great thing-
Im not planning on being an administrative law judge or anything but at the very least I could get an internship or a recommendation of some kind. Worst case I have a mentor-someone to help me out if I need it. I'm very very happy about this. THANK GOD FOR MOM!
