I remember a mp3 of Douglas Adams reading HHGTTG, does anyone remember the link? I would be very grateful, I need something to do during school.

I can post them on my server if you cant get the link, but my upload speed is only 35kbytes/sec, so you proabably want to get em somewhere else.

But they're super funny. I have the leather bound edition w/ all the books that i've read many, many, many times, but the mp3's still make me laugh out loud

you could always down load them off a gnuetella based share .exe . i found them yesterday on accident i thought it was songs but since i have already read the series i didn't get them. are they really worth it?

Yes there worth it, and I looked on Napster and d/led a version of the reading and I KNOW they were reading from an abridged copy 'cause there was alot missing.. plus it wasn't read by Douglas Adams It seemed to be the only version anyone had thus I asked if anyone had a link

I have posted my HHGTTG mp3s on my web server, but I just realized, you were looking for the ones read by Douglas Adams.

whoops, these are read by actors for the bbc network, but they're still funny as well, with sound effects and stuff. check em out if you want..

I got them also and i'm in the process of cutting them into 5 min segments. To put on CD (don't like the intro on each one). It does make you laugh out loud.
