Should I worry about my local ISP seeing the sites that ive been to and possibly discontinue my service?

yeah but you can't download that, unless you're getting the 0-day w4r3z of it...Oh, and if you're running a kiddie porn server (like PersonGuy's uncle), you don't have to worry about your ISP, it'll probably be the FBI "discontinuing your service"... ------------------

I'm kind of curious about the Sprint Broadband service. They seem to have a nasty looking agreement, and even slashdot did a story on it a little while back. < http://slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=01/01/02/136222&mode=nested > Does this sound insane? It didn't to me, but I don't read a lot of ISP agreements. It says I can't even surf pr0n... something I seem to want to do nearly daily. (stileproject could be considered pr0n)

a majority of ISP's won't shut you down for surfing porn. The only reason they would as much as "monitor" anything you do is if you give them reason... Just stick to the legal stuff (as in "no I'm not over 18, but I'm still clicking ENTER!") and you're fine... and if they are monitoring you, make sure you have some "inteligent" hits in your list, too, they'll take you more seriously  ------------------

of course they dont shut you down for porn.youre paying them right? aside from that they kinda realize the majority of internet connections are bought and used for porn regularly aside form other things (by majority i mean over 50\%).

Much like it takes more for a University to kick out an out-of-state student than a state-resident student. The one from out of state is giving them nearly double the money that the in-state student is. Oh, and I almost forgot...athletes. But that's another rant.------------------
