Forum: The Classroom Topic: band-in-a-box upgrades started by: LiNeY Posted by LiNeY on Jul. 24 2001,10:12
There seem to be some musicians on detnet, so maybe some of you have heard of this cool program band-in-a-box which generates backgrounds you can solo over etc. I have it on my comp, and it works fine, but now I got some upgrades (style files), and I can open them but I don't know how to integrate them into my styles list. If anyone knows how to or has an idea how it might work, please tell me.

Where do you get the proggie ??It sounds good to me !!!! Posted by LiNeY on Jul. 24 2001,13:57
Yeah that proggie is great, it helps me a lot with singing etc. and it is good for all solo musicians (it's better than background cd's because you can enter as many songs as you want and you can change them individually according to your needs). It should be available almost everywhere in the world - there are editions in several languages. How to get it? Either you buy it for a horribly high amount of money in any store that sells music stuff/software (if they don't have it, they should be able to order it)... Or, you have a cool teacher like me, who borrows you the cd with the proggie. Then, all you need is the "copy to harddisk/copy to folder" feature of your windows explorer.
