It goes without saying that these happenings have scared the crap out of me. Plus its probably really screwed my friend's life up (although he is somewhat in the clear, he's only 17). I really don't know what to do from here.. all I can hope is that Donald will be judged fairly.

I'll probley the the SHIT flamed out of me for it, but I think two people should be allowed to have whatever sex they want to , when they want to. I realize their are alot of circumstances in which it can be damaging, but thats true for any age range. What happens at that time that makes you able to decide that you are ready to have sex? Some people are truely ready, mentally, emotionally, and physically, at younger ages to have sex. And there are people much older that are not.
I think one of the main reasons I'm so adament about this is my girlfriend is turning 18 in January. It will be illegal for her and I to have any *ahem* fun. She and I are in a loving relationship, why is it illegal for us to express that love? This seems somehow wrong to me.
This is not an argument, in any way, for making, distributing, selling, ect., Child pornography; I'm just trying to show that not everything is black and white.
Edit: Above comment, about not seeing anything morally wrong with it... There are obviously issues with anyone owning that much pornography (4 gigs last count) but thats an entirely different area, especially with him.

also in most states there is a buffer zone so a guy who just turns 18 wont be thrown in jail for having sex with his 17 year old girlfriend. i think the buffer zone is actually 4 years but it might depend on what state.

burn everything that's important to you to CD.

in amsterdam its leagl to have sex from the age of 12 but onnly if the other person is 16 or under as well to avoid peadophilia. then from 16 its one big free for all

Hey, I have a girlfriend have sex frequently, but I still love the pr0n, I have about 3 gigs.... albeit that most of it is Vivid videos with jenna jamison, asia, or tera patrick--- better than paying for a penthouse or 20 bucks for the actual video. So 4 gigs isn't bad as long as it isn't all pictures-- now that is alot of pictures!

I don't think you need to worry about statutory rape laws. Who's going to know besides you and her? Don't screw in public places, wear a hat, and you're fine.
