basically, my sister (who is just shy of 16) and her friends are all bitches. they just can not get along, and i dont understand it

ok alexis (my sister) used to be really great friends with this girl named kendall. also until recently she was best friends with another girl named kellie. these are all around her age (16-17).

now the story starts at last years (2000) year 10 formal (i spose the aus equivalent of prom). kendall was plannign on hosting an after-party (after the formal) for a girl named rebecca, who's birthday it was. note the big appeal with formals is basically the after party, so kellie and alexis decide to goto THE after party, where the whole school is going to be, instead of kendall's which would have 3-4 people. rebecca also does not go to kendalls (who she wsa throwing the party for!) so basically kendall sits at home all night wondering where her friends are

kendall blames everyones no-show on alexis (my sister remember, although i hold no bias for her) even though rebecca didnt go anyway. big fight ensues between alexis and kendall which lasts for months, with them both talking shit about each other (i get to hear both sides cause i am good friends with kendall and kellie). they both (alexis and kendall) say that they dont spread shit about each other, but every day i hear "kendall said this about me" or "alexis told xxx i was a bitch" etc... you get the idea

NOW kellie (ex-best friend of alexis) has gone all chummy with kendall, so, alexis, instead of talking to her about it, immediately disses her as a friend and starts abusing her. kellie retaliates so now we have kellie and kendall against alexis. to top it all off kendall is still blaming the after-party fiasco on alexis. and GUYS are the insensitive pricks who only care about themselves?! chicks are the ones that are always calm and try to work through problems? i dont think so!

sorry if that was long and complicated, but i think you get the idea. now, WHY ARE FEMALES SO FUCKED UP?? why cant they just talk to each other? all they do is tell other people siht which they know will get back to the other person. they dont care about who is their friend, as long as their precious reputation is not spoiled, yet little do they realise that from the outside, all their reputations are down the shit because everyone just thinks they are bitches.

can you imagine this sort of thing happening with a group of guys? i cant! at the worst there would be a fist-fight and chances are they would be friends afterwards. no third or forth hand information, no twisting of words, no wild accusations

man, it gets my head in a spin just thinking about it. at what age do girls grow out of this trite bullshit??

That is total bullshit. Men can't talk to WOMEN about their feelings, because women are manipulative, opportunist, judgemental, and completely without honor. Tell a guy about something and ask him to keep quiet about it, 99\% of the time he will. Tell a girl about something, and ask her to keep quiet, and twenty minutes later the entire world will know.

And we're superior when it comes to resolving stupid fights like your sister is involved in, too. We'll be mad and avoid each other for a while, then we'll bawl each other out, maybe have a fistfight, then we'll grab a beer together and forget about it, since there's no point in having more enemies than you have to.

Of course, there are plenty of men and women who are exceptions to these generalizations, but I'd say they're true more often than not...

I joined a q3 clan, and I recently had to quit. Why, you ask (as if you care, hehe)..because of the other GIRLS. The worst of it was all of them but one is OLDER than me. Short of the story is: They disliked me...um...HATED me. Why? God knows. Maybe because I wouldn't hang out with their little gossip groups. Maybe because the guys liked me better because I displayed LESS of the more hated female characteristics. Maybe because I had the nerve to tell them to get over themselves. but I'm not bitter.

The good news: not all girls suck. Some grow out of their worst behavior. Some are cool enough to sit down and watch the sci-fi channel for hours on end with you. Some are smart enough to carry on an intelligent conversation not revolving around kids, minivans, marriage, makeup, or hair. There is hope.
