Ya know, I think I know exactly what you mean, and I think I have a good idea as how to fix it. Basically all you have to realize is that most "enternainment" isn't that entirtaining, if you find yourself watching a show and are bored, realize your bored and think of something that is interesting. For example, I'll be playing a game, and getting all pissed off I stop, think "hey I'm not having fun", then go read a book or something. Now as for doing your work, you have to start thinking of the positive tihnks about doing things. Like you have to write a paper, you think hey! there's a good place to vent my anger! or you have to get some coding done, or you know anything that for some reason in your mind is classified as work, just try to think of something positive, that makes it really easy to do it 'cause your focusing on the positive aspects not the negitive....so basically you gotta realize video games and TV aren't always fun (for me they rarely are now, unless I have someone to play) and work isn't always hard or boring. Tell me if what I said made sense ~Anztac
