Try spending your life after being adopted by 2 complete morons that only want to bring you down to their level. 2 morons who don't want to see you get anywhere in life and do every thing in their power to keep you from your goals up to and including doing major damage to your psyche. 2 idiots that can go out and buy a boat and a new trailer for vacations, but not help in any way to pay for their kids education. 2 idiots who find it an inconvenience if you have to move back home to finish school. 2 complete fucking assholes that would support anyone else but you in a fight.

Needless to say, I don't talk to my parents anymore.

the only thing worse than that i guess, is if the two complete assholes who do everything in their power to make sure that you fail at whatever you attempt didn't adopt you.

wolfguard is right, be glad all they do is nag. there's a lot worse out there, like parents who reminded you ever single day that you are a breathing disappointment. or parents who blame you for everything they didn't accomplish and decided to do their best to make sure you never got anywhere either.

parents who do shit like complain that you're too expensive to feed even though all you eat in a day is a slice of bread. parents who when you're 13 and you break your leg don't "feel like" driving to the emergency room.

this is not a pity party, either, just a little perspective check.

knowing something worse is out there doesnt make one feel better either, it just makes me think about bad parenting, it also makes me feel sorry for you.

my parents broke up, almost literally i mean, and legally i cant see my dad under supervision, same with my brothers. i have to PLAN how to SNEAK outta this PLACE in order to just BE with the rest of my FAMILY.
and when im here my mom cant stop complaining and being so negative all the time.

hey, my post was going to be "be glad they just nag." and it suddenly got a life of its own.

I have (finaly)learned that when a rant comes just let it go and when its done its done. I got rid of a lot of anger that way.
