what is up with public chat servers and their complete intolerance for ANYTHING that MIGHT be offensive to SOMEONE on the planet?

I got kicked out of MSN chat by a bot the other night for using the word "bong."

Someone else got kicked off for using "azz."

Meanwhile, half of MSN's news stories use words like "ass" and "bullshit."

I really, really, really don't get it...
