if anyone read the comments section and saw the "conversation" that kolben and i had, you know my opinion on this. but about us ruining our chance at the program, not quite. there are many ways to get around that, many of them very easy. so we didn't even get punished. i can still download metallica it i wanted to, and the whole point of this is lost because 90\% of the people kicked off are going to get right back on the same way. stupid guys trying to do something good going about it in a completely moronic way. oh, well. it kept me busy for a little while anyway.

DrChaos, you dont seem to realize that napster isnt trying to be the bad guy in this. If you look at it in an unbiased manor, you, the users downloading metallica, are making napster the victims. Metallica and all the other artists who dont like being fucked up the ass, are fighting back, and because suing individual users would be incredibly hard, they have to sue the service that cant block the illegal trading. Because you, the user are doing the illegal trading, you are the ones screwing your beloved napster.
