Friend of mine's dad has his comp sewed up tighter than britney spear's ass...keystroke loggers, tracking websites, etc...any way to get past having everything monitored?

um...turn them off. ctrl+alt+del end task. or take them out of the registry so they don't startup and reboot.
regedit HKLM\Software\Microsoft\windows\current version\run
Delete all the spyware entries.
