Ok, My father in his infinite wisdom purchased a PC with NT on it (damn).

I have tried and tried but I cannot get rid of it. Does somebody have any idea how to wipe it ??????????

Use Partition Magic to remove the NTFS partitions or see if you can find a copy of Slate floating around. Look for the file slate.com
