Ok I can get what seems to me as a good deal on an octane and I need to talk to someone who knows more about SGIs to confirm.

The specs are:
195mhz/1mb Cache Processor,
SI Graphics,
512mb Memory,
Seagate Cheetah 36gb 10,000 rpm hard drive ST136403lC with a fresh install of Irix 6.5.12,
SGI External CDROM in a Granite Case,
Granite Keyboard & Mouse,
brand new pair of SGI Polk Audio Speakers, SGI / Sony 20" Granite GDM-20D11 with remote

Seems awesome to me... new Octanes go up to 300 Mhz, so this one can't be THAT old, Go for it!
