When I view and edit pictures, they look are in a weird dim color. But one I save it and view it in IE or whatever they look like the normal colors the sould (different than in Corel). Anyone know how to fix this pallet so it matches the outcome.

If you are talking about Adobe Photoshop (Corel doesn't make anything worth using), turn off monitor compensation and color management. That crap is only useful if your monitor sucks or if you're designing for print.
