there are some people out there who just cant sit with the standard rectanuglar shape for their case are you one of them? i've seen people go as far as to use a cardboard box for a case...go fig.

i started a thread about it pre-geek forum...i dunno where it is, and im too fucking tired to look...but right now im making a beastly case, plus im gonna buy a beast computer to go into it, this kindof counts on things not out yet, but yeah, here goes:

pretty stuff:
full tower, ATX, 300W power supply
a second PSU, 300W on swicth
1 black neon light, on switch on PSU #2
1 fragmented sound sensitive red neon light, on switch, on PSU #2
2 80mm exhaust fans, 1 120mm blowhole, on switch to PSU #2
a pretty big window, not on a switch
painted red/orange swirls, hopefully creating a lava-like or onfire-like effect.
a handle on the top.
2 handles for each plate, to make removing/reattaching easier.

working stuff:
if available, 2 1.3Ghz/266 athlon Tbirds w/ chrome/golden(not sure if i want power or looks) orbs.
4x 75GB 7200 rpm ATA/100 RAID 0 array, if possible on switch to PSU #2
1 75GB 7200 rpm ATA/100 bootup disk (dont wanna count on the RAID for important shit)
GeForce 3 -> best i can find
768-1024 MB DDR SDRAM 266
SB Live! Platinum w/ live! drive
10x DVD 40x CD-ROM slot loading player
QPS Que! 12x/10x/32x external firewire cd writer.
maybe 22 inch sony LCD, more likely 21 sony CRT

ok, i think everything is right on there, maybe not...dunno...ill probably post some pictures if i ever finish

Basically stuck two together to have a monster case. He hasn't quite finished it yet though...

Um, I don't think you wanna insulate your comp. If anything, you wanna disperse all that heat, unless you're still pre-Athlon/P-III.
