there's a program called IsoAQ
it allows u to do many things with icq, the only problem is that it haven't been modified for a year or so and i am not sure if it will work with the latest vesions of icq http://www.ipc.ru/~borka/

I once had a version of ICQ for windows and the beta java version running simultaneously.. The service didn't seem to mind, but incoming messages were only recieved by one of them...

it's call multicq or micq.
dunno something like that

but yeh its great for playin pranks on people via the 2nd icq, coz the other person sees that ur icq is on, so they dont suspect a thing
