What do you guys have your refresh rate set to? I set mine to 75.

I went to syf0n's house a while ago (I was on a trip to New Orleans) and he had his set to 60! I think I suffered permanent eye damage from that one.

Well? Answer.

I run mine at 60Hz because my monitor is cheap and can't run at high resolutions at a higher refresh rate.

100.

Note that with lower refresh rates, as well as flickering, the picture appears sharper too - there's a little "fuzziness" associated with the reactance of the RAMDAC to electron gun circuit. With higher refresh rate the electron beam scans the screen faster and the "fuzzy" patches at the edge of the pixels are greater in relation to the pixel size.

my monitor at home only goes up to 85 but my l33t monitors here go up to 120, which is nice when staring at them all day under bright florescent light (at 60 hz btw)

I assume you mean 1152.

Say, I got a Mac 21" monitor a while ago which can only run at 1152x870@75Hz. I got a LeadTek L2300 which claims to be able to do that, but only lets me use 1152x864. Any suggestions?

I'm currently waiting to hear back from their tech support.

I just set the thing at "optimal". It's supposed to be 85, but it's at 91.3 kHz, 1280x1024. 100 in CS @ 1152x864.
