It's an herbal medication that increases women's breast size by up to two cups. It does this by re-activating the glands that are associated with growth, or something of that nature. I haven't seen the advertisement in awhile, so forget the exact sales pitch they use.
CK probably has dreams of slipping the pills into his girl's drink/food without her knowing, and watching the results.
