ok well how do i put this?
when i was in the shower i noticed that my left testicle was 3 or 4 times bigger than my right. upon further inspection, i noticed that it wasn't actually the testicle that was bigger, but something just above the left testicle, kinda attached to it, and yeh its pretty big. kinda oval shaped and soft feeling.
i've noticed this before but kinda ignored it since it hasn't been causing me any trouble.
any insight into this?

i cant help ya with the size issue, but i went to my doctor cuz one was hanging significantly higher than the other, and my doc said it was normal.

if i had a lump on my nut, i'd be freaking out

the lump you are talking about may just be the clump of tissue attached to the "tubes" on the top of your testicles. one can be bigger than the other. you should really check them regulaly to see if theres a big rapid change in size and feel. but if you are worried theres no harm in going to a doctor. a bit of embarrassment is hardly a big price to pay for the risk of having your testicles chopped off :/
most cancer on testicles develops around the front smooth area and feels like a small/large lump there if the lump is there then get to your doctor QUICK!
