i have always loved cars and the stereos that ive seen. so far what i want i want is a Honda civic, and then the stupid morronic people at cartunes told me it would cost ๥,000 just to compete in the novice section and to get all the sh*t that i wanted for my car like a decent system which would include 2 12" sub woofers,2 screeming tweeters, and/or 6x9's im not sure yet.
please reply with your ideas on what you would do to your car weather or not you want to street race it or compete in car shows and please send in your best ideas for detailing and spoilers

Well for street racing, i've got my le-sabre plans mapped out (sorta, i need the cash and alittle more know-how)

I was thinking 383ci small block w/dished pistons, mildly aggressive cam, ram-air intake, twin turbos, 4 wheel independant suspension, disc brakes all around, all necessary cooling and safety equipment, and anything that's not needed for a comfortable ride taken out to lighten things up a bit.

now was that 85k just for a stereo setup or are you planning on squeezing a corvette under the hood of your honda or something?

Ok, what I belive my friend here is saying that it would cost him ๥,000 to fully custom the car to specs used as the basics for car show competitions and such. Things like replaceing the interior, and a lot of stuff under the hood, plus body work and other various custom things in addition to the basic stereo equipment.

No, it would take ๥k to get into the Amateur because in Amateur your only allowed to be in the car with ear protection. Professional your not even allowed within like a 100 Ft radius of the car without ear protection.

As for my own dream car... that would be an essay, 'cause I got it down to every last detail. Doesn't matter though because I'll never fucking be able to drive. (does anyone else here ever have the impulse to place a wager and try your hand at proving reincarnation?)

Why would you sink that much money into a honda, if you're going to spend that much on a car there are many better cars, foriegn and domestic that you could buy new and then build up to show quality for less.

This has got to be the most ridiculous thing I have ever read.

Looks like someone has been watching the Fast And Furious too many times lately. Seriously a Honda? Every fucking Honda I see on the road has a huge shiny chrome tailpipe and rims and the rest of the car looks like its going to fall apart.

its gonna cost me about บk to fix my car up. its a 91 celica gt-s. i want to make the the celica all-trac (4wd, turbo charged) but take the turbo off and put on a supercharger, instead of the crappie 135hp i got it will have over 200hp, it also has the system 10 stereo system, stupid ass aftermarket harness' don't support the builtin amp so i have to 8" in the doors that are not working at the moment.

anyway,

why a civic? too much money not enough performance imo. one thing i must ask of you: please don't get one of those stupid ass monza (i think) mufflers, ya know the ones that are 1.75" from the stock exshust then go into a 6-9" muffler. they sound like shit and any good muffler could give you the same amount of hp/torque.

yeah i might just get a diffrent car insted of the Honda Civic, and true i have seen the Fast And The Furiouse 4 times and planning on getting it when it comes out on video. as for the car i want im not sure, i was thinking of a 3000GT but that just might be a little out of my reach unless i buy it used, but i wouldnt trust it during a race because i wouldnt know the history of the car. i might stick with the Honda Civic because they're easy to suit up and plus it would be awhile untill i get enough money to buy it.I also know this guy who builds race cars for the amature raceing community. I was talking to him and he told me he could fix up the car and put some really sweet parts into it to make it run supurb, but he said "if i do this you need to race for money in an official sanctioned" i was like "hell yeah" so yea i get to race where he's raceing his shit but thats another story for another time
well ill be back later to see whats new

So how much crack are you smoking? If the car already has a turbocharger..and your giving it up for a supercharger...just take all of your money and put it in an envelope marked L33T_h4x0r_d00d, Virginia.
