So when a girl has a ring on her left ring finger does that mean she's engaged, or married or what? Or is it right hand... Help me out here someone!

Ok... I answer honestly instead of being a smartass.

A single ring on the left hand ring finger is engaged. Once she gets married a second ring (usually with no stone) will be forged to the engagment ring to form a single ring. There are hundreds of variations these days, but what I just described is the traditional.

Women and jewlers have made up wraps and kinds of crazy stuff to suck men dry of more money.

I should know. I've been engaged twice.

Just out of curiosity, what are the significance of various types of piercings? I've heard a lot about earrings making a guy "gay" if they're only on one ear, etc, etc, etc.

not that i know of cr0.

My brother has an earring, and i think that his girlfriend would testify that he isn't gay...

Supposedly if you have an earring in your right ear but not your left, you're gay.

Think of it as the Gay flag:

Originally it represented unity of all races, sexs, religions, etc.

Recently it was adopted as a symbol of gay pride. Now when anyone sees the rainbow flag, they assume "gay".

A right ear-peircing has been through the same symbolic steps.

A ring on the toe (intentional or not) means she takes it up the ass.

Or so I've heard.

that whole ring on the right ear meaning your supposed to be gay is a truth from long ago. A few years ago before it got "popular" for guys to get earings, it used to be that when a male had a ring on his right ear he was gay. Now......it doesnt really matter because everyone is doing it.....

An earing in a guys right ear is supposed to signify gayness

whereas a gold stud in the left ear means you sailed around the horn.
