That "GOOOOOOOOOOOOAL" thing is most often attributed to Andre Cantor. I know a lot of people who prefer to follow the World Cup when he's the one announcing the game, just for that reason.

Hehe, goes to show Idiot in the morning recycles more jokes, although Beetlejuice repeats, "Who me?" more than 1000 times on the Howard Stern show its still funny everytime.
