I agree wholefartedly.Hundreds in San Francisco Protest for Peace: http://dailynews.yahoo.com/h/kpix/20011008/lo/1456_1.html
The article shows a nice slant against these people, which is refreshing. Basically, a bunch of people started protesting in San Fran against the strikes and everything else. The only rational I've ever heard against strikes is the possibility of retaliation or turning of Muslims against the US. This was not even in their message. They called the attacks "Racist". They equated bombing of SAM batteries and C&C systems to killing of thousands of civilians.
The worst part of this group is that they seem to be a group of professional protesters. They feel it their duty to protest whatever isn't popular. It bugs me to no end. They have every right to protest under free speech, and I have every right to call them idiots under free speech.
What I admire from the article is the one dude who was protesting in opposition to this group. He was out there with a placard that said: "freedom isn't free." How cool is that guy?
