Science Fiction, w00t! Far§cape in particular, i am a big fan. If you are not familiar you can find it on the Sci fi channel or their site (to lazy to link it, actually i am weeding out the lazy ppl who won't type in the obvious URL [once inside parenthesis do i have to use bracets?{oops off the subject (I have been up many hours so forgive me, now to close)}]) now that i am back on track SCI-FI ROCKS! the far§cape episode i just watched had this excellently done time travle theme (cause and effect and cause) it was really well done.
I love all Sci-fi. It is the essence of creativity. A writer can start with the most basic idea and evolve it into the most complex web using the "tools" of sci fi. They can create entire worlds, technologies, species, and it all works.... I guess fantasy can do this to, but it is much more limited.
Dan Simmons' "Hyperion" saga is a great journey into the heart of science fiction.
Outter Limits!!! need i say more?
