Wow. I'm one of those people who constantly reads these forums yet seemingly only ever posts when the planets are in the right alignment or something. Well looks like Saturn is in the right position 'cos here I am I'm making a guide to getting fit whilst sat in the comfort and warmth of your PC. No need for all that nasty sweating (filthy I tell you) and so called 'effort' like what you have to do at a real gym. Oh no, not for us. By using our technological advantage we can surely develop far more effecient methods of gaining rock hard abs.
