this could probably go in the rants, but it's more of a "answer my rhatorical question" thing... And because there has been much discussion of everything ranging from PersonGuy's lust for fatbitch, to kuru's excessively large breasts, over to "the jizz master", and so forth, I figure these forums are better to talk about it then my friends I sit with at lunch...Ok, I've had some form of invection since a little before thanksgiving, and I had to go to the doctor twice. Once cuz I was pissing blood (damn, that shit hurt too) and again because it felt like someone was stabbing one of those big ass kindergarden pencils wrapped with barbed wire in my left kidney. I went to a urologist today about it, and I had to miss track practice. Thing about missing track practice is... you don't want to do that. So... I get to the doctor, all is well. Here's my first question. WHY THE FUCK DO THEY HAVE TO GRAB YOUR NUTS LIKE THAT?!?! I mean, shit, it hurt! here's the other thing. a few months after I was born they had to do some surgery... something about the hole on your dick. I didn't catch the whole of the talk the doctor gave me because I was trying to not fitgit while he grabbed my balls (Think I can sue for sexually harassing a minor? I mean, my parents made me go to him, and since i'm only 15 I don't have much choice in the matter...). But yeah, he said I might be having problems with that. The big thing (and no, that doesn't exactly mean my penis. simply because that's a *hugggeee* thing...  ). The doctor said that I'm gonna have to take some xrays. One is to but some dies in my bladder or something and see if something's wrong there... another is for my blood stream or something... I don't like being injected. I hate shots, don't mind pills, but being injected with something that has a reaction to a radioactive machine that reads my insides, well, that just pisses me off. And the doctor wants it done sometime before the end of next week, so that means I gotta miss *another* track practice. Ok, besides all my physical problems... ever wanted to strangle your parents? Just go full blown Manendez brothers on 'em? Maybe throw some Charles Manson shit in there, too? It pisses me off. It's just that all through out elementry school and most of middle school, they didn't give a shit. I was smart enough to figure it out, and I figured I'd never get shit from 'em so I learned to live on my own. I take care of myself, and if I was given the oppurtunity (and steady job/money), I could probably move out. But just last year they started to care. It just blew my mind. I couldn't take it. It's like being thrown in a closet for 10 years of your life, and then someone who you've forgotten pulling you out and saying "Oh sorry, forgot all about you! how are ya doing? Still love me?"... And the idiocy they put me through. The other night, I had to stand outside our garage in nothing but my shorts holding a screw driver for my dad. A screw driver. My sister's a whole nother story. She's like Monica Lewinsky (air-head), Kathy Lee (bitch), Barbra Strasend (can't sing but is always singing anyway), Godzilla (butt ugliness), and some chick so stoked up on estrogen pills they can't even hold an emotion for more then 24 seconds. She wakes me up, all pissed that I'm not out of bed, and she gives me some "If you're not out in the car by 7:10 I'm leaving without you!". I get to the car at 7:05, and wait until 7:15 when she comes in all "Hey! I'm sorry I took so long!" and plays some bitch ass country music (ever actually listen to this shit? I actually heard them say "I lost my wife to my neighbor's dog"...). Ok, I'm sorry, this turned into a rant... But I really do have to wonder why. I mean, it's just all the sudden over the last year. Anyone else ever just wanted to say "fuck this" and just start a whole new life somewhere else? Everything just seems good until one week... OK, I'll shutup now... ------------------

Uh, the most important thing I got from that post (besides the fucked up family life) is that YOU'RE PISSING BLOOD AND YOUR KIDNEY IS GONNA POP! How can anything else in your life be more important than that!?!?! I guess the question is WHY?!?!? does anything else matter right now? I'd be happy that my parents are pushing me to do the uerologist thing and paying for it. Fuck track. If something turns out to be wrong, you're gonna be out for the season. You can run again in 3 months. Just in time to start training for X-Country season.I'm probably the biggest puss when it comes to injections. They damn near had to strap me down when i had my wisdom teeth out, and they ended up giving me an extra sedative because I was setting off all the alarms on the monitoring equipment. I'd put up the same fit if I actually required the surgery or procedure. So, I understand you on that one. That's all I have. Be happy that the doctors are gonna patch you up all good if there is a problem. If no problem, then we'll deal with the rest with you. Family is only gonna bug you for about 2-3 more years, then you'll be on your own for the next 65 years. Life gets much better when you leave home. So, WHY? Just because. Shit happens, sometimes to you. I say this non-chalantely because shit doesn't [I]usually[/I} happen to me. In short time, it'll all be over and you'll be doing something great.

This seems like the typical teenage "my family is the worst" kinda rant.A couple of things: 1. Yeah it seems like your parents suck and you REALLY want to be on your own. But when you are, while you have all the freedon you can handle, you also have ALL the responsibility. I can't tell you how many months I survived on rice, alone, because it was only $.17/lb. 2. Do you really believe that missing track practice is so vital to life that maintaining your health is less important? Most people begin to run to promote health (or when chased). Besides, some urological problems can cause impotence and/or sterility. I think I'd rather get laid than be able to run really fast. 3. As for your sister...You're gonna find, in your life that alot of girls mood swing like that. Consider her swings training for the bigtime. quote:

When they pulled my wisdom teeth, they gave me a valuum/demerol sedative. I would GLADLY have them stick a needle in my arm for more of that. If fact, I'm already figuring out teeth I don't need. It's a chemical cocktail you HAVE TO ask for by name. ------------------

hmm i have no fear of injections. when i give blood i watch them stick the needle in. the only thing that bugs me is when they can't find the vein and have to poke me over and over again! i don't mind needles but they still hurt!

a.h. - I stopped pissing blood a while ago, and the pain was actually in my intestense (I thought I said that, my bad). To me, it's not really a problem, because the pain is long gone, and when I piss I feel fine. It's just when I went to the urologist and they said they had to do all those tests, I was pissed. I hate being tested. And like you said, shots are a bitch. I can take a pill, but I'm cationous about it. It's just I've seen so many movies where they inject little nanotech shit into people and shit... and the ideas of dies in my blood stream just kinna makes me want to set off an EMP granade after the tests just to make sure.
damage - yeah, it does sound like the average teenage fit after I reread that. Normally I don't really bitch about it, and I totally understand the good ol' "shit happens", but I still don't like it. You're right, I probably wouldn't be to good out on my own. I'd burn something...  . The whole track thing isn't to big, I understand where you're coming from, but I feel like I'm missing practices for nothing. I don't feel the least bit bad, if anything I think people are over reacting over something that's probably just cuz I eat to much junk food, and because of it I'm having to do extra work at practices after i missed some. (note - I would have had to miss practice today because I didn't have a ride, but this hot poll volting chick my sister is friends with gave me a ride... whadda great way to start the weekend ). Also, *very* good point on the sister thing, I never really looked at it like that.
And yes CatKnight, Who's Line Is It is funny as hell. The new ones on ABC are a little funnier then the originals, but the originals just have something about them that makes me crack up  ------------------
